About us
We are a local, family owned Auto Glass replacement company located in Santa Rosa. We would like to grow our team in the office, by adding another Customer Service Representative to help answer customer inquiries, and schedule auto glass appointments.
The ideal candidate will be personable, and comfortable with talking to customers via phone call, and occasionally walk in business.
We are looking for someone with office experience, who can learn to navigate our Auto Glass Software, and be able to manage normal office responsibilities.

Job duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while addressing customer needs
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Confirm appointments
- Follow up with customers
- Coordinate jobs through insurance claims
- Scanning and filing
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in customer service, bonus if you have worked in the automotive industry
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge: Understanding of basic mechanical principles and terminology
- Automotive repair: Knowledge of common automotive repairs and maintenance procedures
- Vehicle maintenance: Familiarity with routine vehicle maintenance tasks
- Dealership: Understanding of dealership operations and customer service standards
- Auto glass: Learning auto glass replacement and repair processes
- NAGS - National Auto Glass Specifications - (this will be learned within your job role)
- Learning ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems): Familiarity with ADAS technology used in modern vehicles (this will be learned within your job role)
